Viora Painting is a locally owned residential painting company in Katy, Texas. The owner lives in Katy and is your point of contact on every project, from the first walkthrough to the last.
Why we do this
Katy and the communities around it are full of homes that are reaching the age where they need their first or second full repaint: builder-flat interior walls that no longer clean up, exterior trim taking the full force of the Texas sun, and kitchens with solid cabinets in a finish that has dated.
Homeowners here have plenty of painters to choose from. The most common reasons a paint job disappoints have little to do with color: prep that was rushed, and a contractor who is hard to reach once work starts. Viora was set up to get both right, with careful prep where your home needs it and one person who keeps you informed every day.
Viora is a newer company, and we would rather earn our reputation one project at a time than make claims we cannot back up. What we can offer from day one is a clear process, a written estimate and careful work.
Who you will deal with
Viora Painting's owner lives in Katy and handles every project personally: the walkthrough, your written estimate, an update every working day while work is under way and the final walkthrough with you when the job is done.
The painting itself is done by experienced, background-screened painters. If you have a question at any point, you ask the owner, and warranty requests go to office@viorapainting.com.
How we work
The finish you see is only as good as the surface under it. Whatever filling, sanding, caulking, cleaning or priming your home needs is planned and priced as real work, not rushed to get to the color.
You should know exactly what you are paying for. Estimates list the surfaces, prep, products and number of coats, so there are no surprises and quotes are easy to compare.
You should never have to chase a painter for an update. The owner gets in touch every working day with what was done, what is next and anything we found.
A project is finished when you have walked through it with us and any touch-ups are done, not when the last coat is on.
